I ‘account’ for food {part II}

So Din Tai Fung was the next destination, known to have the world’s tastiest dumpling. The first restaurant was opened in 1974 in Taipei and now, can be located in Japan, China, Singapore, Taiwan, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, USA & here in Australia (http://www.dintaifung.com.au/).

My Lunch Menu:

Spicy Sesame Noodle (peanut sauce) = $10.80
Steamed Pork Dumpling Xiao Long Bao (4pcs) = $5.80

I’d have to say the spicy sesame noodle has become my favourite dish at this restaurant (I’m a fan of peanut butter), however the dumplings are extremely overrated. Definitely not the best dumplings, hopefully throughout my journey, I’ll be able to discover where the best ones are.

– at Pitt St Mall, you line up in a queue and tick what you like. An efficient way of ordering.
